Genus will also collect information on your IP address, operating system, browser type, host names, domain name, time and date information and the browser version and platform used by you and details of your visits to the Website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Other non-Personal Information collected by Genus will be used to provide aggregate statistics in relation to pages being accessed and to monitor usage patterns on the Website in order to improve navigation and design features.   8. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information Genus holds about you.

  13. You are not required to provide all the Personal Information specified by Genus but, if you do not, then you may not be able to become a registered user and visit all sections of the Website.
